ARV was contracted to perform the necessary on-site measurements, engineering, metrology, and analysis of the recovered Z Spool, modify the Z Spool to fit properly, transport the modified spool back to the site and deploy it to the seabed. ARV then installed the Z Spool installation to connect the Arthit PLEM to the JDA A18 pipeline and de-water the spool. Finally operating 24 x 42” valves to allow equalization of gas pressure on both sides of the leaking pipeline end manifold valve. |
